Corrections policy
Corrections
If a figure in a post is wrong, write to hello@raynim.com with the post, the figure and, where you can, the source you are comparing it with. We check the number against the query that produced it and reply within five working days. A confirmed error is fixed in the post, the post’s updated date moves, and the change is recorded in its Corrections section with the date. We do not silently edit.
Removing a domain name
Posts name two kinds of domain: leak sites, where the record shows filings by at least five independent takedown agencies on behalf of hundreds of creators; and legitimate sites that were compromised and used to host pages about creators without their owners’ knowledge. Compromised sites are described as victims. If you own or administer a domain named in a post and want the name removed, write to hello@raynim.com from an address at that domain, or with another proof of control. The name is replaced with a description (“a dental practice in Canada”) within 48 hours of the request, without argument about the merits, and the Corrections section notes that a name was removed at the owner’s request.
What we will not change on request
Aggregate figures, the outcome Google recorded for a filing, and the public filing numbers of takedown agencies stay as the record has them. A company that believes its filings are misattributed can send the reporting-organisation names it files under and we will re-run the match.
Creators
No post names an individual creator, and none links to any page that hosts creator content. If you find a post has done either, tell us and it is fixed the same day.
