Privacy Notice
Last updated: 23 September 2026
RAYNIM LIMITED, company number 17462748, with registered office at 124-128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX ("Raynim", "we", "us" or "our"), is the controller of the personal information described in this notice.
This notice explains how we process personal information when you use raynim.com, run an exposure scan, request a report, join a removal-service waitlist or contact us.
1. What the service does
Raynim checks public Google search results for a stage name or online handle against a researched list of known leak sites and provides an exposure result. The current scan is free, does not require an account or payment card, and does not ask you to upload creator content.
Raynim is not affiliated with OnlyFans, Google or any social-media platform. References to third-party names and services identify their services only.
2. Personal information we process
Information you provide
- A stage name or online handle submitted for a scan.
- An email address, if you ask us to send the full report or join a removal-service waitlist.
- Information contained in messages you send to us, including feedback, correction or removal requests, and privacy requests.
Information generated or collected when you use the service
- Public Google search-result information associated with the submitted stage name or handle, such as result URLs, domains, titles and snippets, and whether a result matches a domain on our leak-site list.
- The exposure score, scan result or report and related technical records needed to generate or deliver it.
- Technical, security and anti-abuse information, which may include IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, timestamps, diagnostic logs and human-verification signals.
- PostHog analytics information. PostHog may use first-party cookies or browser storage to assign device and session identifiers and collect page views, clicks, interaction or session-replay data, heatmaps, browser and device details, and website-performance metrics. The site routes PostHog requests through raynim.com/posthog.
Sensitive information
We do not ask users to provide sexual orientation, biometric data, health data, payment data or identity documents. A handle or public search result connected with adult content may nevertheless reveal information about a person's sex life or other sensitive circumstances. We do not analyse the underlying creator content or use scan data to infer a person's sexual orientation. Where a processing activity involves special-category data, we apply both an Article 6 lawful basis and an applicable condition under Article 9 of the UK GDPR.
3. Why we use personal information and our legal bases
- To run a requested scan and provide or email the report. We rely on performance of our agreement with you or steps taken at your request before entering into that agreement.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the service, prevent automated abuse and understand service performance. We rely on our legitimate interests in providing a reliable and secure service, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- To use non-essential analytics technologies. Where consent is required by law, we rely on consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- To manage a removal-service waitlist and send related updates. We rely on your consent where required, and joining the waitlist is optional.
- To answer questions, receive feedback and handle correction, removal or privacy requests. We rely on performance of our agreement, legitimate interests, or legal obligations, depending on the request.
- To establish, exercise or defend legal claims and comply with law. We rely on legal obligations and legitimate interests.
We do not use scan results to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
4. Where the information comes from
We receive information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, and from public search results and publicly accessible web pages. A person must submit only a handle they are entitled to use for this purpose and must not use the service to harass, monitor or impersonate another person.
5. Who receives personal information
We may share personal information with service providers that support website and content-management hosting, public search-result retrieval, report and email delivery, analytics, security, anti-abuse controls and professional advice. This includes PostHog for website analytics. Providers may process information only for the relevant service and under appropriate contractual safeguards. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a genuine corporate transaction.
We do not sell personal information.
6. International transfers
A service provider may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection law requires a transfer safeguard, we will use an adequacy regulation, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to approved standard contractual clauses, or another lawful mechanism. You may contact us for information about the applicable safeguard.
7. Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including delivery of a requested report, service security, dispute handling and legal compliance. We consider the nature and sensitivity of the information, security needs, legal limitation periods and whether anonymised information can meet the same purpose. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it, subject to secure backup cycles and legal holds.
8. Security
We use proportionate technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Adults only
The service is intended only for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact privacy@raynim.com so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, delete it.
10. Your data-protection rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal information; restrict or object to processing; receive portable information; and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. These rights are not absolute and exemptions may apply.
To exercise a right, email privacy@raynim.com. We may request information reasonably needed to verify your identity and authority. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
If you are in the United Kingdom, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We ask that you contact us first so we have an opportunity to address the issue.
11. Cookies and analytics
The website uses technologies required for operation and security, together with PostHog analytics. PostHog is loaded through a first-party raynim.com/posthog path and may place an identifier in a cookie or browser storage. Depending on the active PostHog configuration, it may collect page views, clicks, session and device identifiers, interaction or session-replay data, heatmaps, browser and device information, and website-performance metrics.
Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential analytics, our lawful basis is consent. You may withdraw consent through any cookie controls made available on the website or by clearing the relevant cookies and browser storage. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place lawfully before withdrawal. PostHog provides further information at https://posthog.com/privacy.
12. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when the service, suppliers or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised version with a new "Last updated" date and provide additional notice where required.
